Ellington Properties is the developer of six projects in the Orven selection. All six are sold off-plan and all six are in Dubai. One is on Palm Jumeirah, one is at Meydan Horizon within Mohammed Bin Rashid City, one is on Dubai Islands, one is in Jumeirah Islands, one is at Mina Rashid, and one is in Dubailand.

Orven publishes no figures about the company itself: no founding year, no number of homes delivered, no financial data. Everything below comes from the developer's official project pages, checked on 12 September 2026, and from what our advisers confirm with its sales team. Anything beyond that is on request, and we say so.

Ocean House: the flagship beachfront address

Ocean House, on Palm Jumeirah, is Ellington's widest typology range and its most prominent single address: apartments, duplexes and penthouses from two to six bedrooms, with direct beach access, an Olympic-size pool, a fitness studio, wellness spa and a clubhouse with private dining. Views combine the Arabian Gulf and Dubai's skyline landmarks. It is the project Orven advisers point to first when a buyer asks for Ellington's flagship, given its position on Palm Jumeirah and the breadth of its residence sizes.

Everly Place and the wider lagoon district

Everly Place, at Meydan Horizon, is a 209-residence project announced on 16 June 2026, with one- to three-bedroom apartments and study layouts featured across the collection; three-bedroom homes are published with a study. The lagoon-facing setting and family-oriented amenities, including a club lounge with bowling alley and indoor and outdoor children's play, set it apart from the beachfront positioning of Ocean House. Dubai Islands, Jumeirah Islands, Mina Rashid and Dubailand

The remaining four projects each answer a different brief. The Meriva Collection, on Dubai Islands, combines residential buildings, signature homes and a hotel in a beachfront masterplan, with selected three- and five-bedroom beachfront residences at the top of its range. Eltiera Views, in Jumeirah Islands, overlooks the community's lakes, anchored by a four-level clubhouse and an infinity-edge pool. Portside Square, at Mina Rashid, pairs a mix of residences with a dedicated business tower, planned around marina, skyline and sea views. Belgravia Gardens, in Dubailand, is arranged as four residential clusters around a lazy river and a shared amenity area.

Payment plans, prices and what Orven confirms

Ellington has not published starting prices or payment schedules for these six projects that Orven can print here. Each is on request, confirmed unit by unit through your adviser. This is different from the Prestige One portfolio, where a 20% reservation payment is published across the range; for an Ellington unit, your adviser sends the schedule that applies to the specific unit, taken from the sales documents in force on the day.

Whatever the plan, the same rules apply. Instalments go to the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department control. The DLD registration fee of 4% of the price, the Oqood registration for off-plan units and the developer's administrative fee come on top of the price. Bank financing for part of the price is possible for some non-residents, always subject to the lender's approval.

How to check a developer before you pay

Whichever project you consider, three checks take a few minutes and cost nothing:

The project appears in the DLD's Project Status Enquiry service with an escrow account. Your transfers go to that account and nowhere else.
The broker is licensed. Orven's brokerage is provided through ORVEN REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE L.L.C S.P.C (Economic License No. CN-6800129, ADRA).
The sale agreement states the completion date, the full payment schedule and the cancellation terms before you sign.
