Ocean House, the beachfront tower
Ocean House brings apartments, duplexes and penthouses to a beachfront address on Palm Jumeirah, with views the developer describes taking in the Arabian Gulf and Dubai landmarks. Published amenities include direct beach access, an Olympic-size pool, a fitness studio and a clubhouse with private dining.
Everly Place, the newest project
Everly Place, announced on 16 June 2026, brings planned residences to Meydan Horizon within Mohammed Bin Rashid City, in a lagoon-side setting. Published amenities include a lagoon-facing infinity pool, a club lounge with bowling alley, and fitness and yoga studios.
The Meriva Collection and Eltiera Views, two waterfront settings
The Meriva Collection, on Dubai Islands, combines residential buildings, signature homes and a hotel within a coastal plan, with adult and children's pools and outdoor fitness stations. Eltiera Views, in Jumeirah Islands, overlooks the district's lakes, anchored by a four-level clubhouse and an infinity-edge pool.
Portside Square and Belgravia Gardens
Portside Square, at Mina Rashid, places a mix of residences alongside a dedicated business tower, its architecture drawing on the surrounding port, with green terraces and a clubhouse. Belgravia Gardens, in Dubailand, is arranged as four residential clusters, each with its own pool, connected by a lazy river.
