DAMAC Casa, sea and Palm Jumeirah views
DAMAC Casa, at Al Sufouh, overlooks the sea and Palm Jumeirah, with a range from one to five bedrooms and townhouses on the lower levels. Its leisure spaces take an island-inspired approach, including an artificial beach, cabanas, a lap pool and an aqua spa.
Chelsea Residences, the only fully published payment plan
Chelsea Residences, at Dubai Maritime City, neighbouring J1 Beach and the Maritime Beach and Yacht Club, publishes a full payment plan through the developer's brochure: 20% at reservation, 40 monthly instalments of 1% from month three to month forty-two, then 40% at handover, plus Dubai Land Department fees of 4% on top of the deposit. Handover is estimated for December 2029. The project includes a private beach, a beach club, a dedicated training centre and Legends Collection units named after players.
Lagoon Views and Golf Greens
Lagoon Views, at DAMAC Lagoons, offers one- to two-bedroom apartments with curved façades and generous balconies set against a lagoon backdrop. Golf Greens, at DAMAC Hills, pairs apartments and townhouses with fairway views.
Altitude de GRISOGONO and Utopia
Altitude de GRISOGONO, in Business Bay, sits beside Dubai Canal with a design inspired by opal, offering studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments. Utopia, the only villa project in the selection, offers five- to seven-bedroom homes in DAMAC Hills with a resort-inspired approach, including a community pool and cinema spaces.

DAMAC Casa lists an aqua spa, an artificial beach, a rain room, the Oasis lap pool, cabanas and a chill-out lounge. Chelsea Residences publishes Chelsea Lion Beach, the Chelsea Blue beach club, an infinity pool, a children's pool, the Chelsea Athlete training centre, a football simulation room, the Serenity spa and the Captains Table restaurant and sunset bar. Lagoon Views lists a café, children's play areas, an outdoor cinema, an outdoor pool and a spa. Golf Greens publishes an Aqua Garden, Aqua Golf, a Palm Garden, golf islands and an infinity pool. Altitude de GRISOGONO lists an outdoor pool, a gym, a spa, a beauty bar, hydrotherapy and temperature-controlled flotation pods. Utopia, the only villa project, publishes a community pool, a gym, a home roof cinema, an open-air cinema and a community golf club.

What to confirm with your own adviser
- Ghanaian tax treatment of rental income earned in Dubai and of any future resale gain: the UAE applies no personal tax on either, but your local tax position is worth confirming with an accountant.
- Bank financing for part of the price, if you plan to use it: available to some non-residents, always subject to the lender's approval.
