What Chelsea Residences offers
Chelsea Residences pairs sea-facing apartments in Dubai Maritime City with Chelsea-branded concierge, fitness and sporting amenities, including an Athlete Performance Training Centre and a football simulation room. Unit types run from one to three bedrooms. What has not been published yet

The other five projects
Golf Greens and Utopia both sit at DAMAC Hills but serve different needs: Golf Greens brings apartments and townhouses with golf-themed amenities, while Utopia is a private collection of five- to seven-bedroom villas with a resort-inspired approach. Lagoon Views, in the separate DAMAC Lagoons community, brings Mediterranean-inspired apartments facing the water. DAMAC Casa, at Al Sufouh, takes an island-inspired approach with an artificial beach and a lagoon pool.
