Binghatti City, the only published payment plan
Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City is a planned 12-tower residential community across Meydan and Nad Al Sheba, announced on 15 January 2026, built around a central Grand Promenade with water features, art pavilions and twelve sporting clubs. The published payment plan is 20% at reservation, 50% during construction and 30% at handover, applying to Project Maybach studios; four- and five-bedroom homes belong to the separate Vision Iconic component. Availability varies by tower; confirm the tower and phase with your adviser.
BUGATTI Residences and Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co, the top tier
BUGATTI Residences draws on French automotive heritage and the atmosphere of the French Riviera, with a private beach and private pools. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, a collaboration with watchmaker and jeweller Jacob & Co, pairs a gem-inspired crown with villas, sky mansions and penthouses, plus butler and chauffeur services.
Two Mercedes-Benz projects, not to be confused
Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti is a stand-alone tower in Downtown Dubai, with a photovoltaic star-patterned façade and suites named after iconic cars. Binghatti City, described above, is a different and much larger project in Meydan and Nad Al Sheba. Always confirm with your adviser which project any offer refers to.

The founding range in Business Bay and Dubai Science Park
One by Binghatti, Binghatti Aquarise, Binghatti Skyhall and Binghatti Skyrise offer studios and one- to four-bedroom apartments along Dubai Water Canal, each with its own amenity list built around pools and fitness. Binghatti Hillviews is the developer's only project outside Business Bay and Downtown Dubai in this tier, in Dubai Science Park.
