How the threshold applies in Abu Dhabi's collection
Of the nine projects currently in Orven's Abu Dhabi collection, three publish a starting price. SENSI, on Saadiyat Island, starts from AED 2.8 million, above the threshold at entry price. Nawayef East, on Al Hudayriyat Island, starts from AED 6.6 million, also above the threshold at entry price.
