What Lagoon Views offers
Lagoon Views brings one- and two-bedroom apartments to DAMAC Lagoons, with curved façades, generous balconies and neutral interiors designed around a calm, waterfront-adjacent setting. What has not been published
No starting price and no payment plan are published for Lagoon Views. Your adviser confirms both, unit by unit, from the sales documents in force on the day. This differs from Prestige One's range, where a 20% reservation payment is published across most projects.
The other five projects
Chelsea Residences, the only branded project in DAMAC's range, brings sea-facing apartments to Dubai Maritime City with Chelsea-linked amenities. Golf Greens and Utopia both sit at DAMAC Hills: Golf Greens as apartments and townhouses around golf-themed leisure, Utopia as a private villa collection of five to seven bedrooms. DAMAC Casa, at Al Sufouh, takes an island-inspired approach with an artificial beach. Altitude de GRISOGONO, in Business Bay, draws on the de GRISOGONO jewellery house for its design language.
