Price and payment plan

DAMAC has not published a fixed starting price or payment schedule for Lagoon Views that Orven can print here. Send your budget and whether you want a one- or two-bedroom unit; your adviser replies with the current price list and the exact instalment schedule for matching units, from the sales documents in force on the day you ask. Never pay a booking amount against a schedule you have not seen in writing.

Every off-plan payment goes to an escrow account opened for the project with a UAE bank, controlled by the Dubai Land Department, and the developer draws on it as construction milestones are certified. You can check the project's registration through the DLD's Project Status Enquiry service.

On top of the price, budget the Dubai Land Department registration fee of 4%, the fixed Oqood registration fee for an off-plan sale, and the developer's administrative charges. Bank financing for part of the price is possible for some non-residents, always subject to the lender's approval.
