Two brand categories, same developer

Tonino Lamborghini Residences carries a design-house brand name; Radisson Blu RAK Central carries a hotel-operator brand name. Aqua Arc and Pelagia are not branded residences in the same sense: both are presented on their project pages around their architecture and unit mix, twin towers with private pools on many balconies for Aqua Arc, a mixed-typology building with retail for Pelagia, rather than a named brand partnership. If a branded identity matters to your decision, Tonino Lamborghini or Radisson Blu are the relevant two; if architecture and layout matter more, Aqua Arc and Pelagia are worth a closer look.

Three Al Marjan Island projects, one RAK Central project
