The published amenities include coworking spaces, restaurants, wellness facilities, a rooftop heliport, parks and a promenade, with a facade facing the marina. Tonino Lamborghini Tower Batumi: a branded tower on Batumi Island

Tonino Lamborghini Tower Batumi, developed by FK Development, offers studio, one and two-bedroom units with interiors and furniture under the Tonino Lamborghini brand licence. Published amenities include a heliport, three outdoor pools and one indoor pool, a yacht club, a spa, and a shopping centre of about 15,000 sqm. The developer describes a revenue-sharing model across the tower's operations, which is its own characterisation, not an Orven guarantee. The published payment plan is 20% down plus up to 4 years, or 30% down plus up to 5 years, with delivery announced for 2030.

It is worth being precise about the name: this is a separate project from Tonino Lamborghini Residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, developed by BNW Developments. Both projects suit a buyer comfortable committing at an early stage, well ahead of a published price. Tonino Lamborghini Tower Batumi gives more to plan around today: a published payment plan and a 2030 delivery date, alongside a brand-licensed interior package. Ambassadori Batumi Island gives more on the building's scale, height and amenity list, but has not yet published payment terms or a delivery date.
