It is a single-typology project: every home at Avena has four bedrooms, so the decision is about façade, plot position and price rather than bedroom count.

Price and payment plan

Emaar has not published a fixed starting price or payment schedule for Avena that Orven can print here. Every off-plan payment goes to an escrow account opened for the project with a UAE bank, controlled by the Dubai Land Department, and the developer draws on it as construction milestones are certified. You can check the project's registration through the DLD's Project Status Enquiry service.

5. The developer registers the sale with the DLD, and we follow the construction milestones with you until the title deed is issued in your name.
