Scale and setting
The Waterway by Prestige One is a smaller, lagoon-side collection with a Japanese-inspired interior character. Everly Place, announced on 16 June 2026, brings 209 planned residences to a lagoon-facing setting in Meydan Horizon, part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City is on a different scale entirely, a planned 12-tower community anchored around a central Grand Promenade, announced on 15 January 2026. If you are looking for a smaller, boutique-style building, The Waterway or Everly Place fit that profile. If you want a large, amenity-dense master community, Binghatti City is the one to compare against.
Typologies
The Waterway offers one and two bedroom residences. Everly Place offers one to three bedroom apartments, with study layouts available and three-bedroom homes published with a study. Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City spans the widest range, from studios to five-bedroom homes, though four and five bedroom homes belong to a specific part of the community, Vision Iconic, and availability varies by tower.
Payment plan
Only Binghatti City publishes a confirmed plan for its current phase: 20% at reservation, 50% during construction and 30% at handover. The Waterway and Everly Place have not published payment terms at this stage; treat any percentage you hear for either as unconfirmed until your adviser provides the written schedule for the specific unit you are considering.

All three projects follow the same DLD registration principle for an off-plan purchase, an Oqood registration during construction converting to a full title deed at handover. What differs is how far along each project currently is in its release cycle: Binghatti City's 20/50/30 plan is published for what is described as its current phase, which implies further phases may follow with different terms, while The Waterway and Everly Place have not yet published a phase-specific schedule at all.
