In square feet terms, the sellable areas across the five typologies range from 1,938 to 4,887 sq ft, on plots of 2,045 to 6,458 sq ft, a wide enough span to cover anything from a compact townhouse to a large family villa within the same community.
The masterplan and the Manchester City partnership
Phase 2 sits within a wider masterplan of 170 hectares, planned to include around 1,550 villas and townhouses alongside 580 apartments, with a 500,000 square metre central garden and 55% of the land kept as open space. The partnership with Manchester City Football Club shapes much of the amenity programme: a Manchester City Park, a Manchester City Training Academy, football pitches, a crystal-clear lagoon, a canal promenade, a water sports club, a City Café and a Match Day Terrace.
