Is there a rental guarantee on Dubai off-plan properties?

Orven does not promise any rental return on any project we present, and no adviser should promise you one either. Some developers occasionally offer their own rental guarantee scheme on specific projects, which is a contractual arrangement between you and that developer, not something Orven commits to or administers on their behalf.

What a developer rental guarantee actually is

When a developer advertises a rental guarantee, the terms, the covered period, and the conditions attached are set out in that developer's own contract documents, not in a general industry standard. If a project in our selection carries such a scheme, we tell you clearly and point you to the developer's contract terms rather than summarising it in our own words, since the exact conditions determine what the guarantee is actually worth to you.

Why Orven does not offer one itself

As a real estate brokerage, Orven arranges introductions, guidance and paperwork; it is not the party that collects your rent or manages your unit, and it has no basis for guaranteeing an outcome it does not control.
