On the off-plan projects in the Orven selection, the developer pays our commission directly, which means there is generally no separate fee charged to you as the buyer for using our services. What you do pay is the property price itself, plus standard registration costs such as the DLD fee and, for off-plan purchases, the Oqood fee, both confirmed in your contract regardless of which broker you work with.

How broker compensation works on off-plan sales

Developers build a sales commission into how they compensate the brokerages that bring them buyers, which is a standard structure across Dubai's off-plan market, not something specific to Orven. Because of this, the price you are quoted for a unit is the developer's price, not a price with our fee layered on top of it. What you do pay, regardless of broker

The costs you should plan for are the unit price itself, the Dubai Land Department registration fee at 4% of the price, and, for an off-plan purchase, the fixed Oqood registration fee confirmed in your contract.
