That detail changes how you should think about the typology range: this is not simply "one, two or three bedrooms," but a set of choices about whether you need a dedicated workspace inside the home.

- One bedroom. Suits a single resident or a couple, and, for an investor, a straightforward lease to a single tenant or a young couple.
- One or two bedrooms with a study. Fits a resident who works from home some of the time, or an investor targeting a tenant profile that values a separate workspace over a slightly larger living area.
