Coastal Haven combines one- to three-bedroom residences and penthouses with an infinity pool, wellness and spa, a fitness centre, an outdoor cinema, sports courts and children's play spaces. Its 20/80 payment plan, 20% at booking and 80% at handover, is one of the simplest structures published in the Orven selection, with bank financing possible subject to the lender's approval. Luxury Canal Residences: canal views on the same island
Luxury Canal Residences shares the archipelago with Coastal Haven but is shaped around canal views rather than open coastline, with an infinity pool, a wellness area, a fitness centre, a residents' lounge, a badminton court and a children's adventure zone. Its 20/45/35 payment plan spreads the construction-linked portion differently from Coastal Haven, which suits a buyer who prefers payments staged more evenly through the build.

The Meriva Collection: the widest unit range on the island
The Meriva Collection is the only one of the three built by Ellington rather than Prestige One, and it publishes the widest range of unit types, including selected three- and five-bedroom beachfront residences alongside the standard one- to four-bedroom mix and penthouses. Amenities include adult and children's pools, outdoor fitness stations, children's play areas, outdoor dining and barbecue areas, mini golf and a pet park. Payment plan and starting price are not yet published, so your adviser confirms both before you reserve.
Who each project suits
Coastal Haven's 20/80 plan suits a buyer who wants to commit less cash before handover. Luxury Canal Residences' more staged plan suits a buyer comfortable spreading payments across construction. The Meriva Collection's wider unit range, including larger family sizes, suits a buyer who needs more bedrooms than the other two projects publish, or who is drawn to Ellington's beachfront-focused amenities. None of these three is presented as the only option on Dubai Islands; they are the projects currently in the Orven selection.
