If it is part of our current selection, we simply pick up from there; if it is a project outside our selection, we first check whether it can be independently verified before confirming what support we can offer.

Why we check the project first, even when you are decided

Arriving with a project already chosen speeds things up, but it does not skip the verification step, because our role includes confirming that what you have been told about the project matches what the developer has actually published. This protects you the same way it would if you had come to us with no preference at all: figures, payment plans and registration status still need to trace back to a real source.

If the project is already in our selection

When the project is one we already work with, such as those from Prestige One or the other developers in our curated list, we can move straight into helping with reservation, documentation and payment coordination. If the project is outside our current selection

If the project is not one we currently work with, tell us its name and what you have been told about it, and we will look at whether it can be verified through the developer's own official page and the Dubai Land Department's registers. If it checks out and we can support the transaction, we will say so plainly; if we cannot verify it or cannot support that specific developer relationship, we will tell you directly rather than pretending otherwise.
