Meydan now carries four projects inside the Orven selection: Sanctuary Residences, The Waterway by Prestige One, Everly Place and Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City. The first three sit at Meydan Horizon, around the area's lagoons, while Binghatti City sits at Nad Al Sheba. This guide lists what each one publishes, so you can compare them against your own objective.

We limited this guide to the Orven collection, the projects described in our own fact sheet. For each project we checked a published payment plan, a published starting price, the unit types on offer, and the specific location within Meydan. Where a figure is not published, we say "on request". The projects below are not ranked against each other; they are simply four addresses in the same part of Dubai.

Everly Place was announced on 16 June 2026 as a planned collection of 209 residences. Binghatti City was announced on 15 January 2026 as a planned 12-tower community; its lowest published starting price applies specifically to Project Maybach studios within that community, while four- and five-bedroom homes sit in a separate section called Vision Iconic.
Sanctuary Residences, The Waterway, Everly Place and Binghatti City, one by one
Sanctuary Residences sits at Meydan Horizon, with views toward the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, and amenities built around an infinity pool, a sky garden and an observation deck. Its payment plan is confirmed at 20/45/35. The Waterway by Prestige One brings one- and two-bedroom residences beside the area's crystal lagoons, with Japanese-inspired interiors, a rooftop lounge and a rock climbing wall, though no payment plan or starting price is published yet. Everly Place adds a lagoon-facing collection with a club lounge, a bowling alley and dedicated fitness and yoga studios, also without a published price at this stage. Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City is the largest of the four, a planned 12-tower community anchored by a central Grand Promenade, with twelve sporting clubs and a published 20/50/30 payment plan.

A buyer who wants a confirmed payment schedule today tends to look at Sanctuary Residences or Binghatti City, since both publish their split. A buyer drawn to a smaller, lagoon-facing collection with one- or two-bedroom units looks at The Waterway. A buyer interested in a newly announced collection with a published launch date, without a price yet, looks at Everly Place and requests current pricing directly. None of these four is presented as a better investment than another; they differ in scale, location within Meydan, and what is currently published.
What is still on request
