What to verify before reserving

Ellington has not published a starting price, payment plan or handover date for Eltiera Views. Every off-plan payment in Dubai goes into an escrow account controlled by the Dubai Land Department, and a project's registration can be checked through the DLD's Project Status Enquiry service. Budget the DLD registration fee of 4% and the fixed Oqood registration fee for an off-plan sale on top of the unit price. Bank financing for part of the price is possible for some non-residents, always subject to the lender's approval.
