THE ADDRESS

NEXT Gardens

NEXT Gardens is a beachfront apartment tower in Gonio, south of Batumi, developed by NEXT Group under the tagline 'Where sea views meet blue horizons'. Official renders show a tower with landscaped, plant-covered terraces stepping back from a glass facade facing the Black Sea at sunset. NEXT Group offers parking spaces as a purchasable option alongside the apartments and quotes pricing in both US dollars and Georgian lari. As with the group's other Gonio and Makhinjauri projects, the complex is positioned as a resort-style coastal residence rather than a purely urban development. Unit sizes, payment plan, amenities and completion date were not published.
