THE ADDRESS
NEXT Collection
NEXT Collection is a beachfront resort-style apartment complex at Green Cape in Makhinjauri, just north of Batumi, developed by NEXT Group. The developer places the project about 50 metres from the Black Sea and close to the Batumi Botanical Garden. Renders published by NEXT Group show a curved low-rise block with landscaped terraces facing the sea, and interiors finished with sea-view living rooms and private balconies. The complex is marketed as a resort-style residential setting combining contemporary architecture with the coastal and garden landscape. A 5 percent discount is advertised on certain payment terms; unit sizes and completion date were not published.
