The microsite uses artistic sand-sculpture sequences of landmarks such as the Pyramids, the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Big Ben forming into a set of towers, alongside a short teaser video, rather than photorealistic images of the actual building. A third-party property portal separately describes an Alliance Group apart-hotel tower of this name, around 40 storeys, historically priced from about 1,700 US dollars per square metre and reported sold out, but this could not be confirmed on Alliance Group's own channels.
